The project in question led Almax Pelletterie towards a reorganization of its entire organizational and production structure, in its management of work flows, in responsibilities; of the people involved, starting from the prototyping phase to the delivery of the finished product. A radical transformation of this type has led to a redefinition of roles, responsibilities and organization charts, but has also pushed towards production methods and management of re-engineered physical flows; some factory and departmental layouts were also redesigned and new ERP IT tools to be implemented.
