Whistleblowing

Pelletteria Almax intends to ensure that its activities are carried out in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.

In order to spread a culture of ethics, legality and transparency in Pelletteria Almax and in relations with it, Pelletteria Almax has established a system for the reception, analysis and management of reports of violations or irregularities pursuant to Legislative Decree. n. 24/2023 and EU Directive 1937/2019, concerning the protection of people who report violations of Union law and national regulatory provisions, as well as in compliance with the Whistleblowing Procedure adopted by Pelletteria Almax.

The Whistleblowing Procedure allows reports to be forwarded confidentially and with a guarantee of absolute confidentiality via a specific IT platform, called GlobaLeaks, and ensures the protection of people who report violations from any form of retaliation or discrimination , as required by current legislation.
